Group work is where my love for the power of collective journey and facilitation shines bright. I offer experiential groups involving movement, non-verbal communication, play and process. My love of mindful movement as healing and expression started at a young age through dance. I am trained in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga & Mindfulness Meditation. Through a trauma-informed lens and with gentle guidance, you will choose what movement and meditation options that feel most accessible and true to you.
