3 Summer Sundays- A Movement & Writing Workshop
I am bringing back my live virtual 75-minute therapeutic movement & writing workshops.
This is what I call "getting what is inside out."

We will:
✢ Begin with 5 minutes of working with the breath ✢ Engage in a 45 minute movement practice (yin & yang) ✢ Practice 20 minutes of writing through guided prompts ✢ End with a short intentional closing Please bring: ✢ Something to write with & to write on ✢ A yoga mat or blanket ✢ Any props you may have (blocks, blanket, bolster, towel, pillows etc...) |
