  5. Flexible and tailored to you – we’ll work together in ways that reflect your unique needs, goals, and pace and create a space that is free of judgement & pressure.

Our time together will not be…

  1. A quick or easy fix – real, lasting change takes time, effort, and a willingness to dig deeper.
  2. One-size-fits-all – I don’t follow a rigid or procedural approach; our work will reflect who you are and what you need.
  3. Just about symptom relief – we’ll go beyond surface-level solutions to explore the patterns and dynamics keeping you stuck. We will build insight & tools to create meaningful change in your life.
  4. Focused only on “fixing” you – you’re not a problem to solve; therapy is about understanding, accepting, and creating meaningful change.
  5. A passive experience – I’m not a silent observer, and therapy requires active participation to create real growth.​
