Meet me

My therapeutic style infuses a warm, honest, connected & creative environment while emphasizing your needs in our space.

I am a social-justice, attachment & trauma oriented counselor who weaves seasonal themes, deep wonder and joy into sessions.

I draw upon 10+ years of experience working in nature-based therapy, addiction treatment centers, universities, high schools, outdoor education centers, rites of passage programs and more to inspire individualized, powerful, transformative and most importantly creative experiences for clients.

I whole-heartedly believe everyone has the capacity and right to feel at home and present in their own body, mind & soul, in relationships with others, & the natural world.

My Story

After immigrating to the United States as a child, I was raised in the dense and mossy hardwood forests of New England. I would most often be exploring the small triangular parcel of land between my home and my neighbors.

This passion for the elements, seasons and plants has carried over into my adulthood. I have also navigated and carry the wisdom of my own soulful journeys with anxiety, depression and relational healing. Through my life, I have found that increasing our capacity for joy & play is the reason
we do the "shadow work" and VITAL for the adult soul.

Other community roles and gifts I embody include being an organic vegetable & flower farmer, forager & wildcraft crafter, rites of passage & wilderness guide, graduate school counseling professor, ceramic artist.

I identify as a white, queer, multi-cultural & multi-lingual human who is currently benefits from the stolen lands of the many tribal nations and their ancestral homeland.
