Exploring the seasonal yin & yang elements in our bodies & minds
Observe how certain taking shapes in the body can facilitate emotional observation.
Feel the movement of energy in these shapes as portals to self-awareness.
With pen in hand, explore the depths of your emotional landscape.
What stories lie beneath the surface? What messages do your feelings carry?
You will be guided through therapeutic writing exercises that bridge the gap between body & mind.
Carry the toolkit with you for daily life after the workshops, returning to your journal, breath or movement practice anytime.
Who is this for?
Designed for curious souls in any-body who seek to explore their inner world through embodied experiences.
“The workshop was a wonderful mix of relaxing movement, moving poetry, and thoughtful prompts to bring out reflective writing. It was a lovely gift to take the time and participate in this beautiful workshop.”
“The workshops were facilitated so intentionally. I found movement before writing to be very fruitful. I am looking forward to taking away these tools into my everyday practices and returning for the winter series.”
