Have questions about what it’s like to work together?
-
I am licensed in CO & MA and see client virtually.
I see clients in person, outdoors in Northampton, MA.
I see coaching clients worldwide.
-
Nature can be a powerful metaphor, tool, mirror, co-regulator and support whether we meet outside locally or virtually.
Integrating nature into our work and your life minimally or in more in depth ways can offer relief, insights and foster profound experience and connection.
If you are interested or have any questions please reach out on my contact page.

*I use the Green Bottle Sliding Scale Method.Sliding scale is not meant to be a bartering system but rather a way to address equity based on income to better support access for those with cost barriers for care.

Self-pay gives you greater control and freedom over your therapy:
Privacy: Unlike insurance, which requires a diagnosis and may audit treatment details, self-pay keeps everything between us—your therapy remains completely confidential in the sense that insurance doesn't have access to your records.
Personalized Care: Insurance can limits what we focus on and how we work. With self-pay, we tailor therapy to your goals, whether that’s growth, healing, or deeper exploration.
Flexibility: Insurance dictates session length, frequency, and duration. Self-pay allows us to meet as often as needed, for as long as you choose, without external restrictions.
-
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice to avoid the full session fee.
Exceptions may be made in cases of emergencies or illness at my discretion.
-
The first session is an important step in getting to know your inner and outer worlds.
We’ll spend a moment going over my practice policies and answering any questions you may have.
From there, I’ll ask thoughtful questions about your current and past experiences, relationships, habits, health, and therapy goals. This helps me understand what brings you to therapy and how I can best support you moving forward.

Seasonal reflection allows us to make sense of our inner world by guided reflection from our outer world.
Here is a Podcast I had the privilege of being a guest on that speaks more to counseling for seasonal living and nature orientation & attunement can support people I work with deeply.

My last name means "Oak tree". I believe and have felt first hand the way aligning with nature, the elements and seasons of life has kept me rooted in wellness rather than dis-ease.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your care will cost under the "No Surprises Act".
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
